完全なspecificationは、速く正確なcable assembly quoteの鍵です。RFQ前にconnector ends、cable type、impedance、VSWR、production requirementsを整理してください。

必須仕様
基本のcable assembly quoteに必要な情報です。
- End A connector: typeとgender（例：SMA male、N-Type female、BNC jack）
- End B connector: typeとgender。End Aと異なる場合があります
- Cable type: 例：RG-316、RG-58、RG-174、LMR-195、LMR-400、Semi-rigid
- Length: metersまたはinches。phaseやcabinet fitが重要ならtoleranceも指定
- Impedance: 50Ωまたは75Ω。connector familyとsystem requirementに合わせる
任意仕様
必須ではありませんが、best-fit solution提案とquote revision削減に役立ちます。

Cable assembly RFQを強くする情報
RFQが完全なほど、alternatives、lead time、production fit reviewが速くなります。
- Assembly drawingまたはsketch。手書きでも曖昧さを減らせます。
- Connectorsが選定済みならMPN referenceまたはdatasheet。
- VSWR、insertion loss、phase stability、bend radiusなどのcritical parameters。
- Sourcing reviewの優先度を決めるexpected scheduleとtarget budget。
- MOQ、tooling、unit price assumptionsに影響するrecurring order information。
