QUALITY & SUPPLY
Quality Assurance
Supplier review, sampling QC, and key parameter checks are aligned before shipment.
1) Incoming checks
- We review labeling, appearance, completeness, and packaging condition before shipment release.
- Critical dimensions or assembly points can be checked by sampling when the project requires it.
2) Sampling and test scope
- Sampling and acceptance plans are agreed in the RFQ based on model risk and application needs.
- Electrical checks such or insertion loss can be included when they matter to the project.
- For cable assemblies, continuity, contact integrity, and labeling checks can be added to the control plan.
3) Reports and records
- Inspection photos and confirmation of critical parameters can be provided when requested.
- Test reports or certificates depend on model, lot, and agreed scope, so they should be defined in the RFQ.
4) Traceability and packing
- Lot, label, and packaging traceability can be aligned with your logistics requirements.
- Special packaging, labeling, or shipping marks should be listed in the RFQ so they can be quoted correctly.
