1) Drawing-based sourcing scope
- We review dimensions, tolerances, mounting style, orientation, and connector interface against your drawing or sample.
- Cable assemblies, connector combinations, and selected plating routes can be quoted in the same RFQ.
- If a standard alternative is not enough, we can quote a custom supply path based on the approved data package.
2) What helps us quote faster
- Send drawings, datasheets, BOM lines, or sample references in the first RFQ.
- State volume by stage: prototype, pilot, and production if the project will scale.
- Include any test, labeling, packaging, or documentation requirements up front.
3) BOM and supply coordination
- We can review BOM lines, approved alternatives, and replacement intent in one sourcing workflow.
- Brand and equivalency rules should be defined early so the RFQ stays aligned with procurement requirements.
- One clear RFQ is usually faster than several partial emails with missing data.
4) Commercial alignment
- Target price, annual demand, and delivery milestones materially affect the sourcing plan.
- MOQ and lead time are confirmed after the technical and commercial scope is aligned.
- If qualification is required, define the sample path and expected records in the first RFQ.
